Rules of this Raffle:
 • Each ticket purchased has an equal chance of winning; however, there will only be one grand prize winner.

 •  The winner's name will be published on the Speedgoat website as soon as possible after the prize drawing.

 • The winner's name will be drawn during the first week of November, with a specific date to be announced on November 1st.

 • All ticket sales are final, no refunds.

 • The winning bike is a unique, one-of-a kind bicycle, and is only available in the specific size shown and with the specific components show. Sorry, but no alterations can be made.

 • There will be no substitutions.

 • Speedgoat will pay to ship the bike, via UPS Ground, within the continental United States only. Alaskan, Hawaiian and International customers are encouraged to purchase tickets, but must be aware that a shipping charge will be required for delivery of the bicycle. If the winner requires shipment outside of the continental US, Speedgoat will contribute $75 towards the winner's international shipping costs.

 • All Proceeds from this event go to support Breast Cancer Fund. Speedgoat will not be reimbursed or receive any portion of the funds.

 • This contest is conducted under the laws of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

 • Employees of Speedgoat Bicycles, members of the Speedgoat racing team, and employees of Breast Cancer Fund, as well as their immediate families, are wholly ineligible for this contest.

 • No warranties are expressed or implied.

 • The winner is responsible for all taxes or duties which may be applicable for his or her state, country, jurisdiction, etc.

 • Speedgoat reserves the right to draw additional tickets and award runner-up prizes, if available, to be drawn after the grand prize winner has been chosen. The grand prize winner will not be eligible for the runner-up prizes, nor will runner-up winners be eligible for additional runner-up prizes. As with other prizes, no substitutions will be allowed on any prizes.
